It is the celebration and the closing ceremony and Certificates distribution.
On this guided kayak tour, participants will learn about mangrove ecosystems, collect and remove litter, and geo-tag data around litter to inform national policies on single-use plastic. We must sustain our mangroves, so they can sustain us. With your help, we can achieve and surpass our objective to:
•Understand the source of plastic waste and analyse 2,000 kg of litter to support a policy on single-use plastics and help create a thriving circular economy in the UAE.
•Reduce plastic leakage into nature by 50% by 2030.
