Join our co-founding partner Emirates Nature-WWF for an immersive online session celebrating the rich avian diversity of the UAE! From the majestic greater flamingo to the graceful Socotra cormorant, delve into the fascinating world of birds that call this region home.

In this session, participants will learn about the vital importance of these species to local ecosystems, and the pressing conservation challenges they face. From habitat degradation to the escalating impacts of climate change, we'll explore ways to protect and preserve our avian companions!

ABOUT THE SERIES

This session is also part of a 10-session series, where you will explore the rich tapestry of life unique to the UAE, from the expansive desert sands to the hidden oases, freshwater habitats, and coastal regions, while understanding the intricate link between biodiversity and climate change!

Through expert-led discussions, you'll gain a deep understanding of the importance of biodiversity conservation, sustainable stewardship practices, and their role in mitigating climate change and preserving the UAE's natural heritage.

By attending a total of 7 sessions, you will receive a certificate of completion, recognizing your commitment to environmental education and conservation efforts in the region!
