About the Event:

Join our co-founding partner Emirates Nature-WWF for an immersive online session as we delve into the oasis of life within the UAE's arid landscape. Explore how freshwater habitats like wadis and oases act as lifelines in a parched environment, intricately connected with climate dynamics!

In this session, we'll unravel the ecological significance of these precious water sources, nurturing unique ecosystems that are home to indigenous fish species and amphibians like the Arabian toad!

Gain insights into the challenges facing these fragile habitats, from water scarcity to habitat degradation caused by climate change.
